Boismortier (arr. Kirkpatrick) - Concerto in B Minor (Op. 15, No. 4)

Boismortier's six concertos for five C flutes are popular among flute choirs, but have lacked piccolo, alto, bass and contrabass parts. Additionally, the lack of dynamic and consistent ornamentation markings have made it difficult to interpret these works. This edition includes dynamic and ornamentation markings that are based on research of performance practices of the French Baroque period, as well as an expanded instrumentation and a full score.
