Pricing

All products are priced in US dollars.  Any foreign transactions fees or other charges are the responsibility of the credit card holder. Please consult your credit card agreement for complete details regarding your specific credit card charges.

Discounts

If a discount is offered, only one discount may be used for any one order. 

Free Shipping

Free Shipping may not be used in combination with any other discount.  Free shipping applies to orders with a net balance of $90 or more.  Free shipping is for USPS Media Mail only and does not apply to any other shipping methods.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed and shipped by the United States Postal Service in 1-5 business days.  All orders are shipped USPS Media Mail unless otherwise indicated in order.  Orders shipped Media Mail may take extended periods to reach the shipping destination.  Tracking numbers are provided when the order ships.  ALRY will not replace an order shipped Media Mail for a period of no less than 30 business days from the date of shipment.  If an order does not reach the intended destination in 30 business days, you may request a replacement shipment at no charge.  Orders placed over holidays may require additional processing days.  If you do not receive your order in 30 days, you may also request a full refund.  The refund will be processed if we can verify the USPS did not make delivery of your package; this will be done through the tracking number generated at the time of shipment.

International Orders

Orders shipped to Europe, Asia, and Australia will ship from Antwerp, Belgium via Belgium Post.  All other countries will be serviced from The United States.  

Return Policy

Product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus original shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Orders received damaged will be replaced immediately at no additional charge. Refunds will be issued back to the original credit card.  

Orders may be cancelled if the cancellation notice is received prior to shipping. Cancelled orders will be charged a 5% fee to cover credit card processing and may take up to 7 days to process.

PDF files are not refundable and considered owned when purchased.  If you choose to return a printed piece where a PDF file was also purchased, you will be charged 50% of the printed piece in addition to the $7 PDF fee.  "PDF by Email" orders are not refundable.

This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping on our site*. We use digital certificate technology to ensure that your transactions are executed safely on our secure servers. This SSL technology scrambles your personal information—including credit card number, name and address—so it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. When the encrypted information arrives here, only our secure computers can decode it.

*Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.  In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Payment Policy

Payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB.  Personal checks are not accepted.  PayPal check is available, however, order may not be processed until payment is cleared by PayPal.  Please allow up to seven days for this process to complete.
