For mail orders, please complete an order form and fax it to 866-722-2089. Once we receive the order, we will contact you for payment information. Please, for security reasons, do not include credit card information on the order form. If paying by check, mail the completed order form and check/money order to:

Gift Certificates

Purchase

Gift certificates may be purchased in denominations from $1.00 - $1000.00. To purchase a gift certificate, simply follow the instructions on the "Gift Certificate" page. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation of the purchase. The intended party will also receive an email letting them know you sent them a gift certificate and instructions for use will be included.

Redeem

To redeem a gift certificate, simply choose the music you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. At checkout, enter the code indicated in the upper right-hand corner of the gift certificate. If you owe a balance, you will have the option to pay that balance with the credit card of your choice. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation and we will process your order. Gift certificates have no expiration date and no cash value.

Pricing

All products are priced in US dollars and will be charged to the credit card in that denomination. Any foreign transactions fees or other charges are the responsibility of the credit card holder. Please consult your credit card agreement for complete details regarding your specific credit card charges.

Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed and shipped by the United States Postal Service in 1-3 business days. Orders placed over holidays may require additional processing days. Large orders and orders requiring special handling may incur additional fees that will be added to your charge. For special orders, please contact us in advance for assistance. If you choose to use our online store for large orders over 100 pieces, the shipping rate will display $0.00. This is enabled so that we make sure to charge the appropirate shipping charge at the time the order is shipped to ensure you get the best rate possible.

International Orders

Orders shipped internationally are charged at flat rate of $13.00 at the time of purchase. If the postage fee exceeds the flat rate, the difference will be charged to your credit card automatically. If you would like to know exact shipping charges in advance of your order, please contact us.

Return Policy

Product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus original shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shippoing charges. Orders received damaged will be replaced immediately at no additional charge. Refunds will be issued back to the original credit card. If payment was received by check/money order, refunds will be returned by ALRY check.
